Where do you work and what is your role?
I am currently the Head Coach/Studio Manager at the F45 Tallahassee Midtown
Tell us about your background.
I like to create an atmosphere where people can have an experience and forget whatever negative things they may be dealing with for the 45 minutes I have them. Anyone can lead a class but I try to engage people on a personal level while also challenging them to do more. I’m a firm believer in the phrase, “If it doesn’t challenge you then it will not change you.”
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Bainbridge, GA.
Why did you choose Tallahassee?
I came to Tallahassee to pursue a career change and in the process of that, I have made friends.
What do you like about Tallahassee?
Tallahassee is like home because it is not far from Bainbridge. It is just the right size for me currently and even though I am a UF fan, it doesn’t hurt that FSU football is here.
What’s the best part about Access? Why/how did you get involved?
I got involved with Access Tallahassee through F45 and it has given me an opportunity to connect with others, who are doing great things in and for this city.
