The Florida State University football program isn’t the only #1 in our region. Tallahassee/Leon County is also #1 for business. Just as the Seminoles used hard work to bring home their third National Championship, the Economic Development Council of Tallahassee/Leon County (EDC) is working hard every day making sure that businesses not only succeed, but thrive here in Florida’s Capital City. With FSU claiming its third BCS National Championship, the EDC, in partnership with Florida State University, produced this video showcasing the many advantages and opportunities for companies to choose Tallahassee as their business destination. The video features FSU President Eric Barron and VP of Research Dr. Gary Ostrander as well as EDC Executive Vice President Kyle Touchstone talking about the many reasons why our region is the #1 place for business including the innovative research, quality of life rankings and world class support for businesses that Tallahassee/Leon County is known for.
