Administrative Assistant – Kikoda

Job Overview
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the company. Provides support to management and other departments. Responsible for the successful day-to-day functioning of the office and all supplies and equipment.

Job Responsibilities
– Assists with general office activities and operations, including travel arrangements, lunches, general company correspondence, mail and packages, company visitors, and overall employee satisfaction and productivity
– Assists in planning and arranging company events, including catering
– Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
– Tracks stock of office supplies and places orders/pickups when necessary
– Receives and directs all clients, applicants, and office visitors
– Participates in the recruiting of new employees, including scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, screening, and actively pursuing applicants from various sources
– May serve as brand ambassador at various events such as networking functions, career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and shadowing and internship programs
– Utilizes tracking systems to manage and organize job postings and recruiting, including conducting initial phone screenings of potential candidates and scheduling additional interviews
– May participate in the creation and management of social media posts
– Assists colleagues whenever necessary; other duties as assigned

– Familiarity with office management procedures
– Ability to prioritize and multitask
– Time management skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
– Presentation and recordkeeping skills
– Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
– Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
– Knowledge & Experience with social media a plus
– High school diploma (or equivalent) require; bachelor’s degree in human resources field preferred
