TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce connected area students to internship and job opportunities Monday with their Tally Job Hop: Tech Edition.
Students gathered at FSU’s campus and were bussed to several tech industry locations. Their first stop was at Marquis Software, where students were able to network with employees.
Organizers say one of the goals of the event was to allow students to see the benefits of staying and working in Tallahassee.
Students ended the day with a reception which included a presentation from other tech professionals. The Chamber is holding another event Tuesday for insurance majors.
