CPS23 Marketing, LLC/President & CEO

Where are you from?

Panama City, Florida

Why did you come to and stay in Tallahassee?

I came to Tallahassee as a Florida State University Transfer Student in 2009 from Chipola College.  With so many personal relationships with community leaders and fellow young professionals and a thriving business, the decision to stay in Tallahassee was a simple one.

Please highlight a little about your background and any other information you would like to share.

I am the founder and CEO of CPS23 Marketing, LLC.  In addition to my responsibilities in firm management, I help clients in the areas of community relations, social media, target networking, public relations, and small business affairs. I have a diverse work background in hospitality, marketing and website development, providing clients with a variety of services that will help their organizations grow.

Prior to starting CPS23 Marketing, I served as the Director of Marketing Operations for Next Level Baseball, a entity that helps middle to high-school baseball players improve their hitting, pitching, catching and fielding skills.

I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Marketing from Florida State University.  While at Florida State, I was awarded the honor of a Seminole Torchbearer for leadership roles in several student organizations.  In 2013, I was awarded the Golden A.C.E. in Hospitality, an award given to the top hospitality business leader under the age of 40, from the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals.

I am also a Board Member of 2-1-1 Big Bend, American Advertising Federation of Tallahassee, Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda at Florida State University, Hang Tough Foundation, Rotary Youth Camp, Tallahassee Rotaract Club, Young Entrepreneurs Council (Big Bend Minority Chamber of Commerce) and an active member of the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals and Access Tallahassee.

What do you like about Tallahassee?

I like how Tallahassee is not a small town and also not a big city.  You can literally see it grow every day.

How and why did you get involved with Access?

I was introduced to Access through my friend Dena Karlin who invited me to an Access Leads C meeting. After being introduced to each of the members individually, I connected with them all right away. I joined Access to build more friendships while searching for ways to grow CPS23.

How has Access helped you grow both personally and professionally?

Access has helped me by making several close friends and the continued growth of CPS23 by reaching new clients via its special events.

What has been the best part of your Access experience so far?

Building relationships with influential community leaders like Mayor Andrew Gillum & Jay Revell
